PROFILES

It is possible to recycle PVC profiles thanks to recycling. Profile production wastes, cut - broken parts can be recycled for cleaning, which can be used in re-profile production. Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) is a systematic approach to reveal the environmental impacts of products and services in detail. Today, this method, which is especially used to analyze and report the environmental impacts of the products, takes into account all stages of the life cycle, including the production processes, shipment, consumer use and disposal as waste after use.

A special mixture is created by adding components that give impact resistance, color pigments, stabilizers and filling materials to the PVC raw material. The mixture created by selecting high quality additives is the first stage of the road to Adopen profiles.

This mixture is shaped with the most advanced extruders (profile drawing machine) and perfect Adopen molds and converted into Adopen profiles with inner and outer surface protection tapes. Before the produced profiles go to the shipment stage, impact strength, corner strength, welding suitability, change of size after hot soaking, behavior after hot soaking, color fastness against weather conditions (aging), determination of vicat softening temperature, charpy impact resistance, mechanical resistance against weather conditions tests such as. Its appearance, color, brightness, size and dimensions and surface are constantly checked.

Adopen profiles, which are resistant to natural conditions and impacts, do not fade, and can easily be cleaned from stains on the surface afterwards. Profiles that are turned into PVC joinery are offered to users.

PVC profiles that are completed, PVC wastes that are formed during production and cut-broken profile parts are collected by PVC production facilities and can be recycled in cleanness that can be re-profile.

When recognizing the PVC profiles that make up the windows, we briefly name them L - T - Z.

Safe Medium recording is the profile that allows the window to be split from the desired point.

It is the profile used to open and close the wing window.

It is the external profile that forms the safe window.

The L-T-Z profiles that make up the system may vary depending on the need.

Safe profiles, eco safe, super safe, molded safe,

Wing profiles, eco wing, narrow wing, dropper wing, outward opening wing, door wing, super door wing, outward opening door wing,

Medium recording profiles, eco medium recording, static medium recording, super static medium recording, narrow medium recording, outward opening medium recording profiles can be used.

PVC Profiles are defined as the system by the base width and the number of inner chambers.

There are auxiliary profiles that complement the system. These;

Lath: It varies according to the glass thickness. It has oval and decorative varieties. Glass thickness is taken into consideration when choosing.

Gasket: It is divided into casing and wing gasket. Usually, it is sold with TPE gasket or EPDM gaskets are installed manually after the window production is finished.

Vineyard profiles: It is selected according to the case base size. There are thick bond profile and short bond profile options.

Corner turning profiles: It is selected according to the frame size and the angle of the corner to be turned. There are 90° - 135° profiles and angled corner turning profiles that allow turning at the desired angle.

Chassis elevation profiles: The chassis is selected according to the base size and the size of the chassis desired to be raised.

Support plates: It is selected according to the type of profile, the dimensions of the profile and the height of the building (wind load). There are different wall thicknesses

Cheetah

Slat profiles are used to fix the windows of fixed or moving windows in place. These profiles vary according to the glass thickness.

Gasket

It is used as insulation material in PVC window and door systems. It provides heat, sound insulation and sealing. Adopen uses TPE gasket.

Number of Gaskets

Sealed PVC profile system is referred to by the number of seals used in the horizontal direction.

Vineyard Profiles

Used for mounting PVC frame profiles to each other

Corner Return Profiles

It is used to make corner turns and to look aesthetic. There are 90 ° - 135 ° profiles and profiles that allow turning at the desired angle.

Chassis Upgrade Profile

It is used in situations where PVC Frame profiles are required to be raised.

These are the parts that ensure the operation of the PVC Profile system.

Single Opening Espagnolette

It is the part that enables the window to be opened, closed and locked in one axis with the help of the handle.

Tilt and Turn Espagnolette

With the help of the handle, it allows the window to be opened both on the vertical axis and on the lower horizontal axis (top ventilation).

Espagnolettes are fixed inside the wing with the help of screws.

Provision for Espagnolette

It provides the lock of the wing by holding it to the safe with the help of espagnolette.

Hinge

It provides the movement of the window wings.

Window - Door Handle

It provides the movement of the espagnolette and makes the locking and unlocking process. The arm is mounted on the wing.

Central Registration Connection Chock

It provides the connection of the middle recording with other profiles.

Support Sheet

It is placed in PVC profiles, allowing it to increase its strength. It is compulsory to be used in PVC profiles.

Screw

It is used for fixing accessories and support sheets to PVC profile. It has various sizes.

Taking Measurement And Preparing Cutting List

The first condition for healthy production in joinery is to take the right measure. During construction, it is generally not possible to leave window and door openings equally. The errors that occur during both wall plastering and plastering cause measurement differences in window and door spaces.

Since the manufacturing measurement unit is "mm", the manufacturing basis dimensions must be precise and accurate in order not to encounter problems in the post-manufacturing assembly process.

Selection of the Series to be Used

· The appropriate Adopen window and Adopen door system is determined by considering the location of the building, the floor and the customer's requests.

· The systems to be made to the customer should be fully explained and the joinery type and series suitable for the building should be recommended.

· The advantages and disadvantages of the system to be applied should be explained to the customer.

Transfer of Measurements to Computer Environment

· The measurements taken must be entered correctly on the computer.

· The joinery information entered should be printed out and checked.

· If marble is to be placed under the joinery or roller shutter on it, the dimensions should be deducted from the joinery.

· Accessories to be used must be accurately and accurately registered.

· Auxiliary profiles to be used should be added to the account.

· The entered information should be printed out and approved by the customer.

Window profiles distribution is on average;

- 3 unit cash

- 2 unit wing

- 1 unit can be calculated as medium registration.

The lath is taken as much as the size of the case + (medium record x2).

Cutting Profiles

The profile is placed on the cutting table. After making the necessary measurement settings, cutting is made. The most important point to be considered when cutting is to make a cut by adding the weld share (3 mm for each end of the cut profile is 6 mm in total.). It should be noted that the cutting angle should be 90 ° or 45 °. In other angles, the cutting angle should be at the specified angle. Otherwise, the corners are not exactly 90 ° when welding.

After the cutting process, the profile length should be measured with tape measure and checked for any errors. In automatic cutting machines, it should be ensured that the machine value and the measured value of the profile length are the same.

Table should be larger than joinery.

· After manufacturing, joinery is placed on stock and transport stands.

· To prevent damage to the joinery, felt is placed between the stock and transport stands and joinery.

The joinery should be firmly attached to the tables.

Glass should be placed on a 10 ° inclined stand for long term use and glass plates should be stacked without any space between them. The thickness of the stack should not exceed 50 cm.

Glasses should be stored in a humid-free environment.

· The glasses kept in the warehouse for a long time should be wiped every two months.

· In case of storage, glasses should be protected from direct temperatures (sun rays, heating, stove etc.). Otherwise it will expand and break.
